Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Prepaid orders only. All Teesgraphy products are made to order (print-on-demand) and personalised for each customer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is therefore not available for any order.
- Payment method. Payments are accepted only through our secure payment partner, Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and other methods shown at checkout). Teesgraphy does not store your card or banking details.
- Order confirmation. An order is confirmed, and production begins, only after we receive full payment. Orders without successful payment will not be processed.
- Non-resaleable goods. Customised products cannot be resold. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled except as set out in our Refund Policy.
- Failure to deliver. If Teesgraphy is unable to fulfil or deliver a paid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank processing times may apply.
